John brings a painter's control of color and composition and an entrepreneur's keen sense of marketing to all design endeavors. He is an award-winning creative professional who has used the power of art, design, and marketing in sixteen years experience as a web and print designer, entrepreneur, and professional artist. John has proven expertise in rebranding, integrated marketing campaigns, and direct mail.

As a visual designer at IBM, John co-led and art-directed multimedia projects for a global IBM Software audience with vigorous adherence to branding consistency and excellence. He has worked in international product sales, marketing, and development within the multinational corporation OMYA, where he coordinated a $2M North American sales office.

He recruited and creatively directed artists, designers, art directors, composers, filmmakers, photographers, and volunteers in marketing campaigns, events, programming, and video production as Creative Executive Officer of the nonprofit organization he founded, Abstraction Made Elementary.
